The 4th edition of the CIPHER contest held by RWTH Aachen saw once again more than thirty teams compete in a classical CTF, each with at most five members (a restriction unique to this contest series). A novelty was the strict prohibition of filtering tools of any kind and on any layer - even filtering directly before the application with hand-written patterns was forbidden. Although our team led the scoreboard for more than an hour, it could not keep its pace until the end and settled on a solid third place, our best result to this date.
